Rental Rates for this bungalow in Bonaire

Rental rates quoted in: euro's

Please note:

- Prices are per week, including Internet and TV, but do exclude utilities.
- The spacious bungalows are fully furnished and air-conditioned.
- No more than two persons per bedroom.
- Payments are to be made via bank transfer, no credit cards.
- Free use of the large 25' x 50' fresh-water pool.
- Cleaning services are available at additional charge.

HERE IS HOW we do it, after your decision to rent:

1) Click on arrival date first and then on departure date. Fill in your name, e-mail address and phone number and click on Book.
2) Any questions you may have are welcome.
3) I will reserve the bungalow for you.
4) I will email info about how to transfer a refundable deposit of 25%, to secure your booking.
5) We both sign a contract with the arrangement.
6) 6 weeks prior to the rented period you pay the remainder plus a € 200 deposit for the utilities and possible cleaning.

Everything can be arranged via e-mail.

Rent longer than one year is possible for bungalow nr. 44. The rate is € 1.350,- per month.

Note.  The resort is not yet entirely finished. The rates are therefore reduced.
